		<description>This is my favorite of the Yellowtails second only to their Riesling.  It's spicy and great with a thick steak or another strong flavor.  I'd only suggest it for sipping in the winter, it's a little heavy for summer drinking.

Also the spice and body are great for cooking into a marinara sauce.</description>
